Paige Bartels graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2025 with a B.A. in Psychology and minors in Family Studies and Sociology-Anthropology. She currently works as an administrative assistant at Encompass Care, where she supports children and families seeking mental health services. Her research interests focus on child and adolescent mental health, with particular attention to eating behaviors, body image, and the social factors that shape well-being. Her undergraduate research examined the relationship between TikTok use, disordered eating, and social appearance anxiety, sparking her ongoing interest in the intersection of social media and youth mental health. Paige plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Child Psychology with the goal of becoming a licensed psychologist who works directly with children and families. Outside of the lab and work, she enjoys reading novels, coloring, and walking on trails.
