Tess (she/her) joined the Clinical Psychology Training Program at UNL in Fall 2025. She earned her B.J. in Psychology and Advertising/Public Relations from UNL in 2016. Before starting the program, Tess worked at Disability Rights Nebraska, where she coordinated grant reporting and directed media outreach initiatives. Afterward, she served as a Research Coordinator in Dr. Tim Nelson's Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience Lab. Tess’s research focuses on executive functioning in children and adolescents, particularly in relation to mental and physical health outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, antiquing, playing video games, and spending time with her cats.
